Sioux City mourns the loss of KTIV Sports Director Brad Pautsch, who passed away at the age of 58 on October 19. Brad had undergone treatment for a brain tumor earlier this year, but ultimately entered hospice after a new tumor was found. Throughout his career, Brad won multiple awards for his sports reporting and had the opportunity to cover prestigious events like the Super Bowl and the NBA Draft. He was known for his dedication to his work and his love for telling stories through video. His impact on Siouxland and the sports community will be felt for years to come. Brad leaves behind his wife Sally and three children. Services for Brad will be held on October 24 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. He will be greatly missed by his colleagues, fans, and the entire Sioux City community. Rest in peace, Brad Pautsch.
