Guy Horn has been named the new athletic director at Iowa Central Community College, replacing Kevin Twait who is retiring in June. Horn has been shadowing Twait for the past three years and has been working as an associate athletic director at the college. With experience as a head athletic trainer and associate athletic director, Horn is well-prepared for the new role. He is excited about the opportunity to lead the Triton athletic programs and continue the success of the department. Horn’s first major task will be hosting the 2025 NJCAA Div. I, II, and III Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Half Marathon Championships. He is supported by his wife, head volleyball coach Sara Horn, and their three children. Horn’s promotion comes after a long line of athletic directors at Iowa Central, with just four people holding the position since 1990. He is grateful for the support of Twait and looks forward to leading the Tritons into the future.
